Vivian’s Employees of the Year 2024
For 2024’s coveted ‘Employee of the Year’ award, Vivian’s board was unanimous – two employees deserved to be awarded for they both showed the same hard work, dedication, and outstanding contributions. They are Daniela Galea and Charlon Ellul.
Daniela Galea, from Vivian’s Tenders Department, was recognised for her unwavering consistency, precision, and professionalism. She is known for getting things right the first time, approaching her work with diligence and a positive attitude. Her attention to detail and dedication make her an invaluable asset to the tender business unit.
Charlon Ellul, Application Specialist and Vet Executive, was commended for his exceptional commitment and willingness to go beyond his role. Always bringing positive energy to the workplace, he remains readily available, even outside regular hours, to assist Mater Dei Hospital when needed. His high-quality work and accuracy stand out, and he has seamlessly taken on additional responsibilities while a team member is on maternity leave.
Announcing the two winners, Denise Borg Manche pointed out that their recognition is not just a personal achievement but a reflection of the incredible teamwork that defines Vivian.
