Promoter / Product Detailer
We are seeking a highly motivated Promoter / Product Detailer to represent and promote our range of OTC, nutraceutical, and derma cosmetic products in pharmacies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with pharmacists, pharmacy staff, and customers to educate, promote, and drive sales of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Detailing & Promotion:
-Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to pharmacists, pharmacy staff, and customers.
-Highlight key benefits, indications, and competitive advantages of the products.
-Ensure accurate knowledge transfer of product use and benefits to pharmacy staff.
Customer Engagement & Sales Support:
-Actively engage with customers in pharmacies to recommend suitable products based on their needs.
-Provide expert advice on OTC, nutraceuticals, and derma cosmetics.
-Encourage product trials and facilitate purchase decisions.
Relationship Management:
-Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy managers and staff to maximize brand presence.
-Address inquiries and provide after-sales support as needed.
Merchandising & Visibility:
-Ensure proper product placement and attractive in-store displays.
-Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the sales team for replenishment.
-Implement promotional activities and special offers as required.
Market Feedback & Reporting:
-Gather insights on competitor activities, customer preferences, and market trends.
-Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and promotional effectiveness.
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
-Prior experience in pharmaceutical/OTC/nutraceutical/derma cosmetic promotions, sales, or detailing.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence purchasing decisions.
-Basic knowledge of pharmacology, skincare, and wellness products is an advantage.
-Confidence in conducting product demonstrations and engaging with both pharmacy staff and customers.
-Ability to work independently and adapt to different pharmacy environments.
